Job summary

Talosats Careers is seeking an experienced retail leader to coach store teams and drive exceptional customer service across multiple stores. You will analyse data, improve processes, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety policies while supporting budget-conscious operations and wage cost controls.

You will regularly visit stores, build local community relationships, and lead a team that delivers strong sales growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar retail role is preferred.
• Commercially aware with P&L and business measures focus.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop store teams to view stores through the eyes of customers.
• Build relationships with local communities to develop a positive brand.
• Support and coach store teams to align with brand standards and store presentation.
• Resolve or report issues affecting customer experience promptly.
• Communicate positively with colleagues and offer guidance as needed.
• Analyse data to optimise customer experience and improve profitability.
• Lead by example to promote a strong safety culture in stores.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and food safety legislation.
• Drive improvements by completing store visit documentation and action plans.
