You will lead training, scheduling, and performance management, handle guest issues professionally, and contribute to promotions and events to drive sales. This role requires flexible hours and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to motivate and support team members.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards and local health regulations.

• Assist the General Manager and Deputy General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee and support the team, ensuring high service standards and adherence to procedures.
• Assist with staff training, development and performance management.
• Support inventory management, ordering supplies and stock control.
• Create staff schedules and optimize labor costs.
• Monitor compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Handle guest complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist with financial operations: track sales, manage costs, support budgeting.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
• Contribute to promotions, events and marketing to increase traffic and sales.
• Support in monitoring performance and customer satisfaction for continuous improvement.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
