Job summary

Talosats Careers is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment. You will oversee customer service, uphold brand standards, and support the team to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

You will motivate colleagues, manage diverse tasks, and adapt to a 7-day trading week with flexible shifts from 6am to 10pm. If you are communicative, decisive and customer‑focused, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service
• Present the store in-line with brand standards
• Promptly resolve or report issues affecting customer experience
• Communicate positively with colleagues and offer assistance
• Build relationships with the local community to promote the brand
• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are followed
• Upsell and promote promotions
• Provide training to new team members
• Maintain product knowledge across staff
• Work flexible shifts from 6am to 10pm
• Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members
