Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, multi-site operation.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train kitchen staff to Scotsman Group standards.
• Assist with menu development aligned to trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure health, safety and food hygiene standards are met with regular audits.
