Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Regional Chef to provide culinary leadership across Workplace, Health & Education sites in Scotland, driving standards and consistency.

You will coach kitchen teams, support mobilisations, menu development, allergen management, and ensure HACCP compliance while traveling to sites.

This role offers variety, influence, and the opportunity to shape food services for thousands of customers daily.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head/Lead Executive Chef or Regional Chef.
• Experience in multi-site contract catering in education/healthcare.
• Strong leadership, people development, and culinary knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary leadership across multiple sites in Scotland.
• Coach and develop kitchen teams to high standards.
• Support menu development, allergen management, and nutrition.
• Ensure HACCP, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Monitor food cost, stock, and waste reduction.
• Lead site visits, audits, and quality reviews.
