Scotsman Group is seeking an Executive Head Chef to lead culinary excellence across The Corinthian and other venues. You will oversee menu development and menu execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in every dish while mentoring a team of chefs.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Scottish and modern British cuisine, with proven leadership and financial acumen to manage costs and budgets in a high-volume, multi-site operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or Head Chef in a multi-site operation.
• Strong background in Scottish and modern British cuisine with local ingredients.
• Leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong financial acumen including managing food costs and budgets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
• Commitment to sustainability and seasonal, local ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute menus across multiple locations with consistency and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume, multi-site setup.
• Lead, train, and develop chefs and kitchen staff.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and budgets to preserve profitability.
• Build supplier relationships for local produce aligned with sustainability goals.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance across kitchens.
