Ocado Logistics is seeking an Area Manager for the Bicester Customer Fulfilment Centre. You will lead, motivate, and support the operational team to maintain health and safety standards, drive engagement, and deliver KPIs in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

This role requires warehouse management experience, strong data literacy, and a track record of continuous improvement. Shifts are 4-on, 4-off with day and night options; exact patterns to be confirmed during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience and knowledge of best practice Health & Safety ways of working.
• Strong verbal and written communication and numeracy skills.
• Experience with data analysis and interpreting large data sets.
• Knowledge of computerised warehouse management systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate operational teams to meet KPIs.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
• Support 24/7 shift operations and shift patterns.
• Train and develop staff to improve performance.
