Job summary

CCS Cleaning is seeking an Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the UK. The role focuses on daily organisation, staff coordination, quality control, and client communication, with support from the Operations Management team.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, a full driving licence, and fluent English, with a willingness to travel within the region. A strong customer service mindset and proficiency in MS Office are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Full Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience in a leadership role (team leader, supervisor, or site/area coordinator).
• Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Client communication: maintain regular contact with on-site client representatives.
• Team coordination: lead a small team of Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives.
• On-site organisation: manage timekeeping, onboarding, supply orders, and site administration.
• Training & support: provide induction training and ongoing support to staff.
• Operational support: assist Operations Management with planning and execution of operations.
• Health & safety & quality: monitor compliance via site visits and inspections.
