A leading organization is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the National Careers Service in Sheffield and surrounding areas. This full-time role involves managing teams, meeting targets, and building stakeholder relationships. Location: Sheffield with travel to Huddersfield, Kirklees, Wakefield, and South Yorkshire
This role will be on-site with flexibility for hybrid working
This is a full-time, permanent role (37 hours per week).
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Area Manager to join our Education Development Trust careers team covering Sheffield and surrounding areas.
As an Area Manager, you will play a key role in the regional management of the contract area, effectively managing the successful operation and delivery of the National Careers Service in a designated area, ensuring contractual targets and quality standards are met.

We run interview days to support the selection process, including an introduction to EDT and the Careers sector. These are preferably in-person but may be virtual if necessary.
