you’ll look after a growing patch of wagamama restaurants, guiding your general managers, lifting your teams and creating spaces that feel welcoming, energetic and full of purpose
you’ll be right there in the middle of it all, from the buzz of service to the detail behind the numbers. you’ll take ownership, make change and spot the small things that make a big difference
you’ll play a key role in what comes next, partnering with our property team to find the right new locations. think cork, galway, more of dublin. we’re open, and you’ll help bring each one to life, from first walkthrough to opening night
you’ll also kick things off with a trip to london for training, connection and immersion into the wagamama way. we’ll cover your travel, stay and everything in between
