Job summary

Ocado Logistics in Erith seeks an Area Manager to lead and motivate the operations team across a 24/7 warehouse environment. The role includes managing a 12.5-hour shift starting at 05:00 AM or 05:00 PM on a 4 on 4 off pattern, with a focus on health and safety, engagement, and KPI delivery.

You will drive training, coaching, and performance improvements while ensuring high standards of housekeeping and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced setting.
