Job summary

The role involves managing shifts, conducting pre-shift briefings, coaching staff, and maintaining high housekeeping and food safety practices. Weekend work and 12.5-hour shifts are part of the pattern.

As an Area Manager at the Erith, you will be crucial in leading, motivating, and supporting your operational team to maintain exceptional health and safety standards, drive people engagement, and ensure the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) in a dynamic, 24/7 environment. This role exists to foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and outstanding employee experience within your business unit. This is a day or night role with a 12.5-hour shift starting at 05:00 AM or 05:00 PM, following a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Utilising your people
management experience to maintain an exceptional employee experience, drive training/coaching, and address key people KPIs like labour turnover and absence %. Using your operational focus to contribute to performance improvement, maintain excellent housekeeping, and ensure adherence to food safety mechanisms.
