The Dorchester is seeking an Area Guest Intelligence Manager in London. You will drive guest-centric operations through strategic Nexus system usage, coach Nexus Champions, and lead system configurations for hotel-wide projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic system understanding to accomplish guest-centric operations with Nexus.
• Provide local and regional coaching and training to Nexus Champions and new starters.
• Lead, test, and manage system configurations; maintain data protection adherence and Nexus projects.
• Collaborate with Performance Improvement Manager, IT, HODs and Global Guest Intelligence community.
