Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Hull is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join the team. You will produce drawing packages using Revit and ensure compliance with building regulations, delivering tender drawings and information packages for commercial projects.

The role requires a degree in Architectural Technology and strong post-qualification experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and good knowledge of UK regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree within Architectural Technology.
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice.

• Experience preparing drawings through RIBA Stages 3-6.
• Experience working on commercial projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
