Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architectural Technician to join our Hull team. You will produce drawing packages using Revit, prepare building regulation drawings, and coordinate design information across the project group.

This permanent role offers growth in a national multidisciplinary consultancy serving industrial, commercial, offices and rail sectors. You should have a degree or diploma in Architectural Technology,UK practice experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and working knowledge

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma within Architectural Technology.
• Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Revit experience would be advantageous.
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Excellent technical knowledge and experience preparing drawings through RIBA Stages 3-6.
• Experience working on commercial or industrial projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Hull.
