Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technologist for a permanent role in Guiseley. You will produce detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD, developing designs from concept to completion, and collaborating with engineers and planning consultants to ensure regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have a degree in Architectural Technology with UK practice experience, strong technical/presentation skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.
• Post-qualification experience as Architectural Technologist in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Experience on residential and commercial sector projects.
• Strong technical and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Guiseley area.

Responsibilities

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Produce detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
• Develop architectural designs from concept through to completion
