Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Guiseley is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join a RIBA chartered practice serving residential, commercial and conservation sectors. The role involves producing detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, developing designs from concept to completion, and conducting site surveys to ensure technical compliance.

You will collaborate with engineers and planning consultants to meet building codes and regulatory requirements, and you will prepare building regulation

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.
• Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector.
