Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Architectural Technologist in Kettering to join a UK-leading practice. The role offers hybrid working and a permanent contract, focusing on large-scale projects from inception to completion and ensuring technical excellence across design and construction documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Architectural Technology, be or be working toward CIAT membership, and possess strong Revit skills and UK regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Architectural Technology.
• Working towards or has achieved CIAT membership.
• Strong post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice.
• Proficient with Revit.
• Managed large-scale projects across various sectors.
• Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations, detailing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Kettering area.
• Full UK Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the project team and deliver large-scale projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare design stake risk assessments and detailed design information.
• Produce documents for statutory approval authorities.
• Administer contract and project certifications.
