Job summary

Bimplus in Canterbury is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our established practice delivering projects across residential, commercial, education and historic sectors. You will prepare planning and building regulation packages, produce construction drawings in AutoCAD and participate in site visits to ensure technical compliance.

• Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Strong post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist in a UK practice.
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and technical detailing.
• Experience managing projects within the residential sector.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
