Job summary

Etex is seeking an experienced Sales Specification Manager to cover Oxford and London, focusing on providing design and technical support to Architects and Main Contractors. You will manage project specifications through design stages and drive conversion from specification to order.

You'll bring a strong technical background in architectural systems, excellent communication, and a track record of developing bespoke engineered solutions, while collaborating with sales and technical teams to

Qualifications

Proven ability to create bespoke engineered solutions for customer construction projects.
Up-to-date understanding of building regulations and standards.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

Provide detailed technical and specification support to architects, designers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Advise on product and system solutions aligned with design intent, performance, and compliance requirements.
Produce and manage project-specific technical specifications.
Maintain accurate records of project activity using CRM systems.
Develop a pipeline of architectural and contractor-led projects across the South East region.
Monitor progress through design and construction phases to ensure specification retention and conversion.
Deliver CPD presentations and design workshops to architectural and contractor clients.
Collaborate with commercial, sales, and technical teams to ensure handover and conversion from specification to order.
