Job summary

Etex Group is seeking an experienced Architectural Specification Manager to cover Oxford and London areas. You will support architects and main contractors with technical design, create bespoke engineered solutions, and drive project conversion from specification to order while managing multiple projects across the region.

The role focuses on providing design guidance, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, and delivering CPD sessions.

Qualifications

Experience creating bespoke engineered solutions for construction projects.
Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and standards.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and plans.
Proficient in construction design software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Provide detailed technical and specification support to architects and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Advise on product and system solutions aligned with design intent, performance and compliance.
Produce and manage project-specific technical specifications.
Maintain accurate records of project activity using CRM systems.
Develop a pipeline of architectural and contractor-led projects across the region.
Monitor progress through design and construction phases to ensure retention and conversion of specifications.
Deliver CPD presentations and design workshops to clients.
