Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited is seeking an Architect to lead technical delivery on large-scale residential, hotel and student accommodation schemes across the UK and Ireland. You will work on Stage 4 delivery, coordinate with the design team and ensure compliance with Building Regulations.

The role offers hybrid working with two days from home, a competitive salary, bonus options, and a path to long-term career progression within an employee-owned practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' post-Part III experience.
• Strong technical delivery experience across RIBA Stage 4.
• Experience on residential, hotel, student accommodation or mixed-use schemes.
• Proficiency with Revit desirable.
• Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical delivery of large-scale residential, hotel, and student accommodation projects.
• Work across key RIBA stages with emphasis on Stage 4 Technical delivery.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate information with consultants, contractors and design team.
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and Building Safety Act.
