Job summary

Bennett and Game are recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Warrington team. The role focuses on commercial projects across all RIBA stages, with project values from £1m to around £20m.

A salary up to £46,000 plus hybrid working, pension, training and clear progression prospects are offered. You will collaborate with Architectural Technologists, Architects, Project Managers and Surveyors, contributing to education, leisure, retail and residential sectors.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Revit or AutoCAD.
• Experience across all RIBA stages.
• Good technical detailing ability.
• Hold a Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Working across all RIBA stages.
• Produce accurate construction information including technical details, specification and schedule of work.
• Develop and sustain good client relationships.
• Produce detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate to produce technical drawings and specification packages.
• Submit detailed planning and building regulation applications.
• Attend site visits for site surveys and to address queries.
