Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architect to join an established practice with a strong pipeline in Healthcare, Education, Defence, Heritage and Commercial sectors. The role offers exposure to a diverse project portfolio including listed/buildings and major refurbishments, with clear progression towards Associate/leadership opportunities.

The position emphasizes technical excellence, client-facing responsibilities and software proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD, with hybrid working

Qualifications

Qualified Architect with strong post-Part 3 experience.
Proven ability to deliver projects from concept to completion.
Strong technical and design capability.
Excellent proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.
Experience across healthcare, education, defence, commercial or heritage sectors is advantageous.
Experience with listed buildings or conservation is desirable.
Ability to work independently while contributing within a team.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Business development experience or ambitions to progress to Associate/leadership are encouraged.

Responsibilities

Deliver a varied portfolio of projects, managing delivery from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the lifecycle.
