Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is recruiting an Architect for a renowned AJ Top 100 architectural practice in Fordingbridge. The role focuses on residential schemes, with exposure to high-rise projects and masterplanning opportunities.

You will work from a purpose-built studio near the New Forest, collaborating with a team of ~30 staff, using Revit and AutoCAD daily. The firm values training, mentoring and career progression, offering a generous salary (£38,000 - £45,000 DOE), pension, 2 days

Qualifications

ARB registered Architect required.
Strong proficiency in Revit mandatory.
Experience on Residential projects essential.
High-rise residential experience advantageous.
Experience with masterplanning advantageous.
Good technical knowledge and understanding of construction.

Responsibilities

Produce and develop architectural drawings and project information.
Use Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis.
Develop design proposals from concept through to technical delivery.
Coordinate consultants and wider project teams.
Attend design team and project meetings.
Liaise with clients and project stakeholders.
Develop innovative, sustainable and commercially viable design solutions.
Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
