Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architect in Fordingbridge to join an AJ Top 100 practice. The role focuses on residential schemes, with opportunities in masterplanning and high-rise projects, using Revit and AutoCAD daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in an architectural practice.
• ARB registered Architect.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of construction.
• Experience working on residential projects; high-rise residential experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce and develop architectural drawings and project information.
• Use Revit and AutoCAD daily.
• Develop design proposals from concept through technical delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants and wider project teams.
• Attend design team and project meetings and liaise with clients.
