Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an ARB-registered Architect for a hybrid Leeds role. You will lead design and technical delivery across commercial, residential, mixed-use and education sectors, guiding projects through multiple RIBA stages and maintaining high standards.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with UK regulations and BIM standards.

Qualifications

• ARB Registered Architect with UK Part III.
• Several years' post-Part III experience in a UK practice.
• Experience delivering projects with construction values of £5m+.
• Proven experience in Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use or Education sectors.
• Excellent working knowledge of Revit and design delivery across multiple RIBA stages.
• Experience in BIM Level 2; PAS 1192 / ISO 19650 knowledge advantageous.
• Excellent presentation, communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical delivery of Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use and Education projects.
• Manage projects across multiple RIBA stages, ensuring programme, quality and budget objectives.
• Produce high-quality design and technical information using Revit.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, presenting design solutions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams throughout project delivery.
• Develop innovative, practical and sustainable design solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, BIM standards and best practice.
• Deliver projects to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Balance design excellence with commercial awareness to deliver projects.
• Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team.
