Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience building networks and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between Axis and the consultant community to champion solutions.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with A&E programme members and new consultants.
• Advise consultants on specifications for Axis network products and support focus accounts.
• Educate the consultant community on industry challenges, positioning Axis as a thought leader.
• Train specifiers on Axis design tools to improve system design accuracy.
• Define strategy aligned with regional priorities across EMEA, UK & Ireland.
• Align A&E activities with sales to build project pipelines through specifications.
