Job summary

Confero Recruitment Group is helping a well-established Glasgow architectural practice recruit an Architect / Architectural Technologist for a 6-month contract, with hybrid working from Glasgow.

You’ll lead technical detailing and coordinate construction packages for a landmark £100 million mixed-use development, collaborating with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design queries and ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist.
• Proven experience in delivering RIBA Stage 4 drawings and specifications.
• Strong detailing and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading architectural practice supporting the delivery of a landmark £100 million mixed-use, large-scale social housing development through RIBA Stage 4. This community-led regeneration project will deliver more than 400 high-quality homes for social and mid-market rent, alongside a new community hub and enhanced public realm. Designed with a people-first approach, the development aims to create a connected, sustainable and vibrant neighbourhood that strengthens community ties, enhances the local environment and provides a lasting positive impact for residents and the wider community.
