Job summary

Confero Recruitment Group is helping a well-established Glasgow architectural practice recruit an Architect / Architectural Technologist for a 6-month contract, with hybrid working from Glasgow.

You’ll lead technical detailing and coordinate construction packages for a landmark £100 million mixed-use development, collaborating with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design queries and ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist.
• Proven experience in delivering RIBA Stage 4 drawings and specifications.
• Strong detailing and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate technical drawings, specifications and construction packages.
• Support delivery of a major mixed-use development.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design queries.
• Assist with site coordination and construction-stage problem solving.
• Ensure project information is accurate and aligned with quality standards.
