Job summary

Confero Recruitment Group in Glasgow is seeking a design-focused Architect to join a people-centred practice delivering social and affordable housing.

You will lead design development across RIBA Stages 2–4, collaborate with authorities and housing associations, and contribute to studio culture with clear progression toward leadership. This long-term opportunity offers potential for equity and a meaningful stake in the future.
