9B Careers in central London is recruiting an experienced Contract Architect for a six-month assignment with a busy, design-focused practice.

The role involves developing and delivering detailed architectural information through technical design and construction, primarily using Revit, and coordinating with consultants and BIM Technicians to meet programme milestones. 5–10 years PQE and a strong UK construction background are preferred.

Qualifications

9B Careers is working with an established 60-person architecture practice in central London to recruit an experienced Contract Architect for a six-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Architect to join a busy and collaborative practice, working on commercial projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5.

The Role

The successful Architect will work closely with the wider project team to develop and deliver detailed architectural information through technical design and construction.

• Developing detailed architectural information using Revit.
• Working across RIBA Stages 4 and 5, from technical design through to construction.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Architect with approximately 5–10 years' post-qualification experience and a strong technical delivery background.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong Revit skills.
• Proven experience working across RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
• A strong understanding of UK construction processes, detailing and technical standards.
• Experience delivering detailed architectural information and construction packages.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
• Previous experience within a UK architecture practice.
