Job summary

Confero Recruitment Group is recruiting an Architect or Architectural Technologist for a leading Glasgow practice on a 6-month contract. Hybrid working is available, with a flagship £120m mixed‑use development in scope.

The role is focused on hands‑on delivery through RIBA Stages 4–5, with active coordination of technical packages and interfaces with consultants and contractors. You’ll work in a fast-paced, detail‑driven environment on a landmark scheme, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist required.
• Strong experience in RIBA Stages 4–5 (essential).
• Confident coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Supporting delivery of a £120m mixed‑use development through RIBA Stages 4–5
• Producing and coordinating technical drawings, specifications and detailed packages
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design queries
• Assisting with site coordination, technical compliance and construction‑stage problem‑solving
• Ensuring information is accurate, coordinated and aligned with project standards
