Job summary

Glasgow-based architectural practice is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technologist for a 6‑month contract to support a flagship £120m mixed‑use development. You’ll be hands‑on with technical packages, coordination, and on‑site problem solving to drive delivery at RIBA Stages 4–5.

You’ll collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure design information is accurate and aligned with project standards, while thriving in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with applicable registration.
• Strong experience in RIBA Stages 4–5 and coordinating technical packages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment on complex schemes.

Responsibilities

• Producing and coordinating technical drawings, specifications and detailed packages.
• Supporting delivery of a £120m mixed‑use development through RIBA Stages 4–5.
• Collaborating with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design queries.
• Assisting with site coordination, technical compliance and construction-stage problem-solving.
• Ensuring information is accurate, coordinated and aligned with project standards.
