Job summary

Glasgow-based architectural practice is offering a 6-month contract for an Architect/Architectural Technologist to support a landmark £100m mixed-use social housing development. Hybrid working in Glasgow, with a competitive hourly rate of £25-£32.

The role focuses on delivering technical drawings, specifications and construction packages for a major project staged through RIBA Stage 4. You will liaise with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve queries, assist with site

Qualifications

• This role requires a professional qualification in architecture or architectural technology.
• Experience delivering projects at RIBA Stage 4 is essential.
• Strong detailing and coordination skills are expected.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate technical drawings, specifications and construction packages.
• Support the technical delivery of a major mixed-use development.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal project teams to resolve design and construction queries.
• Assist with site coordination, technical compliance and construction-stage problem solving.
• Ensure all project information is accurate, coordinated and aligned with project requirements and quality standards.
