Job summary

Harvey is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in the United Kingdom to drive value realization for top law firms and enterprises. You will guide customers through integrating Harvey’s AI-enabled workflows into daily practice, build lasting relationships, and partner with Account Executives to renew and expand strategic partnerships.

You will lead onboarding, training, and stakeholder engagement, measuring adoption and value while feeding insights back to product teams.

Qualifications

3–4+ years in customer-owned roles at tech or SaaS platforms.
Fluent in Arabic.
Able to adapt to rapid change and growth.
Strong strategic planning and revenue prioritization.
Experience managing customer-facing projects and timelines.
Experience running in-person meetings with executives.

Responsibilities

Onboarding: integrate Harvey into customer workflows and guide admins with best practices.
Training & Enablement: position Harvey as essential to strategic legal work for end users.
Relationships: act as primary contact across complex organizations and engage executive buyers.
Success Metrics: align on adoption rates, value, and ROI with customers.
Expansion and Renewal: collaborate with Account Executives to drive renewals and expansions.
Product Feedback: relay customer insights to Product and Engineering for platform improvements.
