Job summary

Watches of Switzerland in Leicester invites applications for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Reconciliation and Resolution Team. You will reconcile all sales and receipts for our UK and USA showrooms, and work closely with stores and third-party organisations to prevent aged items.

You will also be responsible for preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations across all tender types, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with reconciliations is required.
• Ability to resolve client queries and issues.
• Knowledge of credit and debit card rules and regulations.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisation and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
