Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Reconciliation and Resolution Team in Leicester. You will reconcile sales and receipts for our UK and USA showrooms and work closely with stores and third party organisations to prevent aged items.

The role involves preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all tender types, applying card rules, and maintaining accuracy under pressure with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have reconciliation experience and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with stores and third party organisations.
• Familiarity with credit/debit card rules and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all sales and receipts for UK and USA showrooms.
