Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, support automation initiatives and help maintain accurate customer records.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with sales order processing and wider finance colleagues to resolve billing queries, improve efficiency and maintain strong working relationships.
General Finance Support: Manage shared finance inboxes and assist with month-end reconciliations, audit requirements and other finance duties as required.
