Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC in the UK is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the Reconciliation and Resolution Team, reconciling all sales and receipts for our UK and USA showrooms.

You will work closely with stores and third-party organisations to prevent aged items, and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all tender types.

Qualifications

• Previous Reconciliation experience
• Query resolution
• Credit and debit card rules and regulations
• IT literate, Excel, Word etc
• Self- motivated and proactive
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organisation and planning ability
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent accuracy and detail
