Job summary

Burberry in Leeds is seeking a Cash Office Accounting Assistant to join the Order to Cash team within Business Services. You will maintain accuracy and integrity of financial operations through cash allocations, reconciliations and effective control of multi-currency transactions.

You will work with colleagues and external partners to resolve outstanding items, support period-end activity and identify practical improvements for more efficient ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance operations or cash office environments.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process cash allocations and maintain transaction records in SAP.
• Reconcile bank and control accounts daily across multiple currencies.
• Manage file uploads and coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve issues.
• Reconcile and replenish Burberry gift vouchers weekly and address outstanding items.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and support intercompany activity.
