Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the Reconciliation and Resolution Team, handling reconciliation of sales and receipts for UK and USA showrooms.

You will work closely with stores and third-party organisations to prevent aged items, and you will prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all tender types, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. This role values organised, proactive, and detail-focused professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or reconciliation roles.
• Ability to resolve queries and collaborate with stores/partners.
• Familiar with card payment reconciliations and tender types.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; IT literate.
• Strong accuracy, organisation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all sales and receipts for UK and USA showrooms.

We have an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Reconciliation and Resolution Team in reconciling all sales and receipts for our UK and USA showrooms.

Working closely with stores and third party organisations to prevent aged items occurring. Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all tender types.

• Previous Reconciliation experience
• Query resolution
• Credit and debit card rules and regulations
• IT literate, Excel, Word etc
• Self- motivated and proactive
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organisation and planning ability
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent accuracy and detail
