Job summary

Intelligent Lifts & Escalators is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join the finance team. The role focuses on timely invoicing, payment collection, and maintaining healthy cash flow by reviewing paperwork with project managers and clients to ensure accurate billing.

You will monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve customer queries, while supporting standard reporting and process improvements across billing workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Xero a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable ledgers and ensure timely cash collections.
• Issue invoices and statements; reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve queries.
• Prepare reports on debtor performance and cash flow forecasts.
• Identify process improvements in billing workflows.
