BPL's Your Space Worksop is seeking a Team Leader to motivate and support the team, delivering amazing guest experiences as the friendly face of the venue.

You’ll lead from the front, coordinate rotas, oversee training, safety checks and cross-department communications to keep operations running smoothly and guests happy.

Hours are around 26.66 per week with perks including free parking, 15% staff discount, and a Free Your Space membership across all sites.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Coordinate rotas and staff cover
• Support training and team development
• Communication across departments for smooth operations
• Maintain checks/logs and report key issues
• Conduct daily safety and water quality checks
• Lead staff briefings and lifeguard rotations
• Respond to incidents and customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Help maintain cleanliness, customer service, and staff coverage
