Job summary

Your Space Retford, part of BPL, is recruiting a Team Leader to drive a busy, guest-focused operation. You will lead from the front, coordinate daily activities, mentor staff and ensure top service delivery while upholding safety standards.

In this role you’ll manage rotas, training, and cross-department collaboration, fostering a positive, energetic environment where team members can grow and shine in a fast-paced, fun setting, with clear progression within the Your Space network.
