Job summary

BPL's Your Space Worksop is seeking a Team Leader to motivate and support the team, delivering amazing guest experiences as the friendly face of the venue.

You’ll lead from the front, coordinate rotas, oversee training, safety checks and cross-department communications to keep operations running smoothly and guests happy.

Hours are around 26.66 per week with perks including free parking, 15% staff discount, and a Free Your Space membership across all sites.

As a Team Leader, you’ll be the friendly face that motivates and supports your team to deliver amazing experiences for every guest that walks through our doors. You’ll lead from the front—whether that’s greeting customers, or coordinating your team.

You’ll inspire your team by creating a positive, engaging environment and helping them grow in their roles. You’ll keep everyone in the loop, share new ideas, and support the development of our fantastic team members. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and knows how to bring the best out in others.

What your day to day will look like:
