Job summary

Warwick College Group in the United Kingdom seeks an Apprenticeship Coordinator to deliver high-quality support, coordination and guidance to apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey.

You will ensure a positive learner experience, timely progress updates and compliance with funding rules and Ofsted expectations, managing a caseload of apprentices and acting as a key contact for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject is required.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C, or equivalent; willingness to achieve within 9 months.
• Solid knowledge of apprenticeship standards and delivery models.
• Familiarity with apprenticeship funding rules and compliance.
• Awareness of Ofsted expectations and quality frameworks.
• Understanding of Health & Safety in apprenticeship delivery.
• Experience dealing with customers in a professional setting.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development.
• UK driving licence with no major endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Provide progress and quality oversight for apprentices.
• Recruitment and onboarding support for learners.
• Engage with employers to promote participation and progression.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
