Job summary

Catering is seeking an Apprenticeship Coordinator to support employers and learners through their apprenticeship journey. The role focuses on onboarding, learner records, progress monitoring and ensuring compliant documentation, with a proactive focus on stakeholder satisfaction.

You’ll join a growing provider offering hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days home), 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, wellbeing days, and an Employee Assistance Programme.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 and database systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for employers and apprentices.
• Support learner onboarding, eligibility checks and enrolment activities.
• Maintain accurate learner records and apprenticeship documentation.
• Monitor apprentice progress and provide updates to employers and internal teams.
• Coordinate gateway activities and prepare supporting documentation.
• Respond to employer and learner enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support apprenticeship compliance and funding requirements.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
