Job summary

The Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking an Apprenticeship Development Manager to help grow our higher and degree apprenticeship programmes. You will lead on developing new programmes, manage key employer relationships, and support curriculum development within a proactive team in a hybrid working pattern.

You will drive engagement with employers, apprentices and academic colleagues, lead on bids and tenders for income, and collaborate across university teams to meet recruitment targets

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and client management.
• Experience in HE curriculum development.
• Experience engaging a wide range of business clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead on new and developing programmes across the University to generate profitable business.
• Manage current client accounts, set up communications and reporting.
• Lead Employer Advisory Boards with academic and other teams.
• Identify opportunities and lead bid and tender writing for income.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the University.
