Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Manchester Metropolitan University. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave within the Apprenticeships Unit. You will engage with employers, apprentices and academic colleagues to evaluate and enhance the impact of Degree Apprenticeships, aligning with the University\'s Road to 2030 strategy and Apprenticeships Strategy.


Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage various projects and events, including high-profile visits.

  • Establish and maintain quality standards, ensuring project objectives are met within timelines.

  • Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to elevate the impact of degree apprenticeships.

  • Plan and prioritise work and resources to achieve objectives.

  • Use initiative and judgement to develop techniques for problem-solving.

  • Engage and build productive relationships with employers, apprentices, alumni, and stakeholders.
